I couldn’t agree more, John. And people like Joanna would get a stiffer punishment than those she’s taking out. None of it makes sense at all. I don’t usually cheer for a serial killer, but it was hard not to in this case.

It doesn’t, so individuals have to. This result should not be viewed as neither a punishment nor a deterrent to others.
